I have been down with cold the past few days… I feel bad for not exercising even though I keep telling myself it’s okay….
At least this weigh in makes me feel better ☺️

Take care of yourself. I am down with a cold too and wasn't as fortunate as you on the weighing scale.. just gone up, but its fine, will do better tomorrow :D

Oh hope you feel better! My loss is probably water ☺️I couldn’t swallow so I wasn’t able to drink… Probably ruined it by eating cupcakes and fried puff pastries today but hey that’s part of the recovery 😂
