Very hungry yesterday...ended up eating late at night and had a bar.
95.3 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sometimes having a bar can keep you from eating other things that you shouldn't. They do help me when I am busy and out and about. I know they can stall some people, but they are better than finding something that you really shouldn't have.
