Happy with todays weigh in, although it’s possible I’ll be back up to 11.10 tomorrow, but I’ll try my best exercise wise to maintain 10.9 👏🏼
73.9 kg Lost so far: 18.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
