Ate a load of rubbish yesterday and didn't bother recording it. Didn't bother weighing myself today either.
Going to do Huel only for the next four days. New plank record this morning 14min31sec. Chris Heria 20Min Abs next then 5 x medicine ball sets.
77.9 kg Lost so far: 32 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
