Little disappointed to see this little gain after my efforts while being away BUT glad I measured waist/hips and have LOST 2cm + 1cm respectively 💃🔥🤩🥳
73.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
