Struggling, adjusting to Metamucil Dr. recommended, and new BP pills I’ll get back on track though! I’m always over in Carbs I love fruit, very thing I like seems to be high carbs!
79.9 kg Lost so far: 16.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

in fruit, what i believe, is that cherries, berries and melons (except watermelon) are the lowest carb
