Forgive me body for I haven't followed my fitness routine for a month. I went back to the gym last week after 1 month of eating whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted it, but finally something click when I was trying some clothes and they were not as flattering on me, also I was feeling out of breath after a simple walk in the park. At the gym It took me 50 min to finish a 30 min cardio session due to all the breaks I had to take, it's astonoshing how easily the bad habits can creep up on you if you let it happen, I guess the key is to catch it on time before it becomes harder to get back to the good habits.
55.5 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
