After day 1 of South Beach Phase 1 with minor cheats (bit of rice, polenta, cereal bar, and pomegranate)
81.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 23.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week

Is this the first time you went on South Beach? I read the books and made a couple of the recipes...I knew right away it wasn't going to work for me.
