Took yesterday off from exercise, felt so dang good and I'm sure my body appreciates it too. It seriously was ready to fall apart. I plan on making today a "Destroyer" day. This is the one day a week where I just go all out, extra cardio/extra supersets/extra everything as well as eating low calorie and extra low carb. I like to do this right before my spike weekend, relieves any possible guilt I could have from going nuts on whatever delicacy I wish. I will probably have a light workout tomorrow and on Sunday, probably more cardio than anything.
76.9 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Have a good workout today - I find my Saturday morning workouts to be a "destroyer" - I have nothing holding me back or telling me to leave. I can stay as long as I want and push myself in cardio/weights. It usally is a leg day for me, but this week I think it will be arms! Have a good weekend Panther! Enjoy the Spike day - I am getting ready for my big night tonight :)

ooh I like it. "Destroyer Day!" awesome. By the way panth, I am totally diggin' on the ON protein and casein you suggested... not to mention I really think the extra glutamine I take before bed is helping. Still baby stepping back to a full blown routine though.. but I"m on my way. Have a killer destroyer day.
