Hi everyone hope life is being kind really pleased with myself staying positive moving forward learning to enjoy what we take for granted as humans like hot running water electricity and a hot meal weight is shifting slowly no diet just being mindful of what goes inside my body & clean eating no junk ( as much as possible) mentally am a lot more balanced with the knowledge that time is needed to heal from within accept disappointment & make the best of every moment am blessed to have FS family am blessed to be home & am blessed to have it within me to carry on & that’s exactly what am doing planning a Halloween party for family & friends adding so excitement life is a journey enjoy every moment be kind to yourself and remember you are amazing love you peeps ❤️❤️❤️
