It's been a rough week, sick wife who ended up in the hospital. Nothing terribly serious but still bad enough. Been stress eating a lot and while staying under 50 net carbs my calories have been high and I haven't gotten in all of my workouts as planned. I'm surprised I had the drop I did.

Today I'm working out and then have to take care of all the things my wife has been doing. Going to be a busy day, at least I'll get more of a workout. Hopefully everything will be back to normal soon.
120.0 kg Lost so far: 24.6 kg.    Still to go: 29.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I think anything involving a hospital is serious by definition! Glad she's okay. Hope things settle down for you.
