Well no motivation today bad headache workout a little bit maybe it is all the rain
86.6 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That sucks. Probably allergies. It got me with the headache for two days at the beginning of this week. Just remember, for some weird reason, working out seems to always make you feel better. (unless your deathly ill of course) Feel better soon, man!
