😏 don’t know what happened, I stuck to under 1200 calories target every day!
59.9 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I did that for a few weeks, had the same result. gone back to 1400 this week and lost, maybe not enough calories? xx

Thank you both for trying to help me figure this out, I hadn’t been exercising last week, the app has suggested that my target is 1200 so I’ll see how things go this week and hopefully it’s just my body doing its thing! Grrrr thankfully I’m still on it so its not deterred me ☺️

ur not eating enough probably. ur body is smart it will catch up to you and it will only burn the amount u eat every day so u won’t lose any weight

Mjdogs, that's exactly what happened to me, I went down to 1200 calories, stopped losing weight for weeks, I've gone back to 1400 n now losing again! Weird or what? Xx

Addison, help how i’ve been eating a lot less recently & im not losing at all but im scared to increase in case i gain weight again

Addison, actually, very little bc i’ve been struggling with an ed. but i am in recovery rn (since a few days ago) and i don’t really know, but do i know it is a lot. my metabolism is probably not very good atm so im wondering how to speed it up while also increasing calorie intake ? i did used to count my calories and i ate around 100-400 cals a day (it is very little, im aware of that) now, if i were to guess, maybe 2500-3500?

Mjdogs, I'm not a professional but I'll help if I can, cuz ur journal is private I can't see what u weigh, for me, I'm 59, weigh 150lbs and I'm 5'2". I eat around 1400 cals per day, i reduced it to 1200 a few weeks ago n didn't lose anything all the time i was on 1200, as soon as I went back up i lost again. All I know is if u don't eat enough u won't lose weight. If I can help with anything else shout up love xx
