slow, bit disappointed but at least its still a LOSS, and I AM TRYING. Have been very down, and listless, hope to improve this week + make healthier choices again, MUST keep on losing!!!
81.2 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 81.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
