I'm down to 185lb and the diet I have been doing is nothing like I've ever tried. I am now just counting macros instead of calories and its so much better. I eat more than I ever had and even though I'm losing weight slower than with previous diets, I'm never hungry and this is a sustainable "diet" more like a lifestyle change. I love this app and I honestly can't believe it's free sometimes lol
85.9 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I completely agree. I do the same. I focus on macros, only sugar from whole fruit. I avoid all other sugar even honey and avoid especially all packaged stuff like Ketchup. I focus less on calories and I have been eating way more and loosing weight super easy and I feel great. I only eat Whole Foods. No restaurant or packaged food.

Yup! Calories In Calories Out. But when you combine that with reduced carb intake and simple carbs like raw sugars. Weight just falls off. But, keep your protein intake up and exercise to maintain muscle mass! 💪💪
