Energized this morning. Despite the rigorous routine I have been going through, I believe my supplements are keeping my muscles up to speed and fighting just long enough to make it to spike day each week. If anyone is looking for a great BCAA (Branch Chain Amino Acid), then pick up N'Gage by axis labs. It tastes great and it really has been keeping me on top of my game. *it does have a little sucralose in it. However, it has a ton of Vitamin B6/leucine/isoleucine/valine/and glutamine in there to make up for the tiny bit of sucralose.. Everything your body needs to keep you rockin hard each and every day. Down to 169.6, so the weight gain is going fairly well.. I think on the whole i'm up about 2lbs when it's all said and done. My body fat % is at 7, so I reckon this bulk is going slowly and surely. My arms feel huge, my chest feels bigger than ever, and my abs are rock hard. I think if I get down to about 6% body fat I will look how I want. Switching my creatine from Animal Rage to Clout on monday. I have had insane cardio sessions with clout, and it always leaves me wanting more after a workout.. Animal rage seems to give me more muscle strength and more of a "pump" feeling. I'm looking forward to no more side effects too lol, clout is always a nice clean energy. Today is "300" day, I am going to go harder than ever today. You don't actually get to call yourself a "spartan" until you can do every rep of every exercise fully w/out rest. HAVE A DAMN GOOD WORKOUT TODAY PEEPS!! WEIGHT LOSS AND MUSCLE BUILDING IS EASY WHEN OUR THOUGHTS ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE. Find your place and join me in being the ultimate you.

Do you take anything with beta-Alanine? I really hate the stuff because it causes pretty bad paraesthesia (painful, pins and needles). Is it necessary to take or can it be skipped?? Tried NO Loaded from GNC and it has b-Alanine in it. Everyone says take Jack3d but I think I'd like to stear clear of that because a lot of the ingredients are kinda unknown. Gonna look up N-Gage.

Oh right, also been bombarded by ads for Scivation Xtend especially for women.. Any thoughts on that one? Thanks!!!

The Clout has Beta-Alanine in it, however, I don't get the pins and needles effect from it like I do the animal rage. I don't know what it is about the animal rage but my face feels like the dude from Hellraiser after taking it. It may be because I was stacking it with a pump. The only thing I have ever experienced slightly negative with clout was the restlesness trying to sleep the first week while I took it, went away after the week and always felt super clean afterwards. Right now I am taking: N'Gage/Animal Rage (soon to be Clout)/ 100% gold standard whey protein after workout and in the morning/myofusion slow release protein before bed (If I feel like I didn't get enough protein that day)/and sampling BSN NO Xplod, the NO xplod seems to really have a good effect mixed with my animal rage...hopefully it does the same when stacked with Clout.

Scivation Xtend is great as well, even a little cheaper. I just got the N'Gage from axis labs when they were at Supplement giant the other day like 20% off. The Glacier punch N'Gage is honestly the best tasting iBCAA supplement I have ever taken. Scivation is pretty good to and about 4 dollars cheaper. Both have pretty much exactly the same ingredients.

Good job Panther! Your workouts are always intense and make mine seem like nothing! I am so happy the personal trainer certification is going well for you - I swear you're going to be awesome at it. I just got myself a new suppliment after reading about how important protein is to have after weight lifting. It's some all natural oats and whey chocolate protein - we will see how it goes. I got a good deal off Amazon for it, fingers crossed it's actually tasty.

NO Xplode is supposed to be really good - I like nitric products, so maybe if I can find samples, I'll try that one. Yeah, NO Loaded = so/so + pins and needles.. I think I'll pass next time I go shopping. I think I'm going to switch to Xtend, yup same ingredients and cheaper! :-D. I also use Gold Standard (Choc Malt - ohh so good). Good luck with the trainer cert!!! You're a wealth of info, an inspiration and so many ppl will benefit from you! Thanks again.

I really REALLY appreciate the kind words :) You and Allie's feedback really energizes me and keeps me on the top of my game. One thing about NO Xplod, I never really saw any benefits from using it until I started to stack it w/preworkout supplements (KreEx, Animal Rage, hopefully Clout)... However, when I did stack em... Holy Moley, Thor himself would have been jealous of how amazing I felt. Best of luck with your Xtend, I really like to sip on my N'GAGE throughout my workout, and then after I hit the gold standard :)! I haven't tried Choc Malt, only xtreme milk chocolate (AMAZING AMAZING!) I will try choc malt next. If you ever want a review on a supplement hit up bodybuilding.com, hit the drop down menu in the top so it says "store" and then type in what you want the review on. It will have a rating .1 through 10.0 based on user reviews, everything I have bought has had user review 8.6 and up, and I definitely agree!!

I am going on the body building site now to read about the product I just ordered! Thanks Panther - I hope it has good reviews like the ones I read about on Amazon.
