I have actually got below 13 Stone! Not by much admittedly but the trend is in the right direction :-)
Just got to dig in and watch my food mix and hopefully i wii reach my new target 12 stone 7 pounds before i pass from this mortal coil :-)
A bit pleased with myself really as in the middle of June I was touching 14 stone :-o.
Onwards and upwards!
