Despite my big screw up on Friday night which made me sick on Saturday that in turn lead me to eating carbs that I would not typically eat. Then in turn made me feel gross Sunday and I did not sleep worth a crap...I actually lost some weight. Ugh..I know why I do low carb and it is because I feel better when I do.
I thought I found a replacement treadmill - emailed the contact yesterday and still have not heard back. I may have to move on to another one if I have not heard back today.
94.5 kg Lost so far: 18.0 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I can relate! I have to keep reminding myself that I really feel good and have a clear mind when I do lowcarb, so why go off it? We are human and stuff happens and yes temptation is all around. Plus people that eat anything they want and don't seem to suffer like us! But that's just the way it is. Good that you got back into your woe. Hope all is well.
