I didn’t blow it yesterday. I ate NOT according to my plan. I have to log my yesterday’s food crimes shortly 😆

I did however stick to my commitment of going to the gym 2 x week, 2 weeks straight.

No workout or workouts trump overeating. Still have to control my calories

I am happy with a 6.6 lb loss since my return to FS 11 days back.

Heading home from the gym to wake up the family 💪🏾
114.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I agree with Fritzy. It has been said that weight loss is 75 to 80 percent diet. The gym is an excellent activity to burn additional calories and increase our daily calorie deficit. Keep up the good work and results...

Stay with it, the food part will get easier eventually. You have to want it bad enough to change it
