Down to 213.1 after a huge exercise day followed by a hard working day fasting until 3 pm. I felt and smelled ketosis yesterday, which I rarely hit these days.
96.7 kg Lost so far: 50.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
