Well I am good with the gain, since when I returned from Alabama I was at 195.6 with all the eating and drinking and meeting new great people and seeing some very old friends
87.0 kg Lost so far: 15.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
