Yesterday smashed my calories and protein target...Approx 4000 . My target was 3200.
Crazy swings on the scales again...nearly a Kilo up from Yesterday morning.
78 kg Lost so far: 31.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
