Staying on WW pretty good....eat out of boredom at night I know now. Ate yogurt for snack last night then ended up with Doritos chips!!
But I will keep on the track...maybe The Original IS The Best.
93.3 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 18.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
