Haven't seen this number since 2014. I can't believe I spent almost 15 years of my life obese. For no real reason. I didn't have kids or anything. I just didn't give crap about my health. Here is to the next 100 years of health!!!!

96.3 kg Lost so far: 23.2 kg.    Still to go: 35.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
