err...was hoping to be 129 point something this morning! I exercised last night and ate well yesterday. Disappointed, but I'll keep on keeping on!

Ok now that I entered all of my food, maybe I did eat alot yesterday calories wise. I thought I did so good, but I was still under my goal for calorie intake.
59.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.2 kg a Week

Thank you LoadGod! I was just really looking forward to that magical 120 SOMETHING number!!! Even if it was 129.9

One thing I've learned is to not fret over what the scale is telling me. If I don't see a number I like but know I've been good, I look in the mirror...the mirror never lies.
