UGH! Took a week off due to make a delicious, delectable 6 layer cake for my wifes birthday. Back on the horse. Didn't make this months challenge butwill make it up next.
126.2 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 12.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
