This is my current weight! My husband said it’s cheating on weight in if I don’t but the gain 😂 so I was obedient

105.4 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg. Still to go: 26.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.4 kg a Week

Fs took off my last weight In maybe because I did 2 in a day. But I gained 7 lbs I lost 3 after a short fast and I’m going to start my 20/4 back
