Target weight met and beaten…..I have lost a stone in 30 days….al down to eating not much and bucket loads of exercise…well pleased with myself.
82.6 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
