Ok, I had pizza last night but I stayed within my calories, I guess the carbs? ugh. Stupid stress eating. I need to sign the rent contract soon so I can breath and sleep again. I'm so sore from packing, it's like doing a thousand sit-ups and crunches when putting things in boxes. I'm so tired. I need to work a lot today and try to find time to spend with my mom.
125.3 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 60.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Packing and moving is tough but a good workout! Don’t forget to get some rest. I have read that you lose weight while you sleep :)
