one more holiday weekend to go. Big family wedding. I'm quite pleased to be hanging on Jon there. I usually end up 7lb heavier on top of my heavy old weight and spend the winter clawing back.

102.7 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg. Still to go: 17.7 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm the opposite, spend all year trying to diet then put it all on again over December ready to start again in January 😂
