Incredible workouts yesterday. Took my daughter to the YMCA pool and she just went nuts. Only 1 and a half years old and she is running around neck deep going up and down BIG slides by herself. Little daredevil, and growing up WAYYYY to fast.. Won't even let me hold her hand anymore when we walk around. Dipped back under 170 today, despite that 3 day spike I had a few days ago (16,000+calories). However, I am still feeling much bigger in the upper body. I reckon i'm beginning to get a complex about my lower abs. I have been fluctuating between 8% and 10% body fat (dipping as low as 7%) and really haven't had any real sculpting down there. I'm going to pull out the big guns tonight and rip my low abs up and then again next week (fingers crossed). Just a quick note, no more than 4 or 5 months ago I was well over 200 lbs and didn't have a single muscle to me, keep working hard and the results will make everything easier from there.

She sounds like she's going to be a trouble maker Panther! Get ready!!!!! What is it with kids and pools? They can never get enough of 'em!!! Wow, nice body fat percentages, freakin sweet! Mine is like 25 or 26 percent, eeep! Let me know what exercises you are doing for your lower abs, I'd like to work on mine a bit. Just can't seem to find a lot of exercises that help them. And I agree with the bit you wrote about dessert on my page - one bite and I am like a madwoman on the quest for SUGARR ARGHHHH!!!

LOL that age is fun...running EVERYWHERE. They only have one speed and thats fast! Lower abs...damn you. haha side planks, plank twits and hanging reverse crunches or upside down sit ups feel like they hit that area and the "love" handles the best.

From where I'm looking, your lower abs have nothing to be ashamed of :) I would love to see you and russell in pictures side-by-side. Both of you have really done this woe justice!
