84.6 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am quite brutal with myself….between 1000-1500 but Friday and Saturday I go nearer 2000…also do loads of exersize….for me lager is the killer….if I don’t drink I eat healthier, do more exersize and lose weight!
