I'm so motivated! I need to keep it up so I can see my doctor on the 23rd without having gained weight for once. I'm really committed to this, I just have to take it one step at a time.
125 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 60 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
