Down to 224.2 after three days of low calories after my vacation. Interesting that my resting heart rate is in the high 50s and even low 60s, which is high for me. I wonder if this is a result of adjusting my metabolism up by eating extra calories and carbs on vacation? This weight is the lowest since July 2.
101.7 kg Lost so far: 45.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
