My weight is moving down again. The pattern seams to be lose weight, gain part of it back, hold for several days then whoosh, another loss, repeat. I guess the saying is true that the body will lose weight on its schedule and it won't tell anyone.

I normally work from home. Yesterday had to go into work due to computer issues and needing my computer repaired. I got in a lot more steps just due to the distances I had to walk and did 1 mile around the atrium. Yes they have the number of laps needed posted on the wall. It was cloudy most of the day so I thought I would do my main walk/run outside since it was nice weather for that. Just before heading out it turned sunny. It was nice in the shady parts of the track but the sunny parts were a little warm. I'm able to run a little now, not really pushing it since I don't want to re-injure myself. It was nice to be outside though.

Been having cravings for pizza lately. I hate cravings! Still strong as I know I can't have it.

Don't know if this will work with your way of eating but I have been handling my pizza cravings with Josephs Flax Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Lavash Bread as crust, 1/2 piece (which is equivalent to two pieces of pizza), I also use Wild Oats Organic Pasta Sauce (both are available from Walmart) both have 4 net carbs so I use this as a treat not an every week meal. Some food purist don't agree with the use of the Lavash Bread but I am striving to develop a way of eating that I can maintain, pizza crust from cauliflower is not maintainable for me. LOL

Dear CatHerder IMHO exercise just makes one hungry. I cut all fruit and grain and things made of grain and replaced with KerryGold butter on nothing. I am on a LCHF diet. Moderate protein(70g), high fat (70 cal butter or coconut oil). Keep carbs down by not eating fruit and grains (starches). BTW in 2012 I was on chemo and found remission by starving the cancer of the glucose (sugar and starches). No mouse food (things made out of grains). Replace with real butter from grass fed cows. Kerry Gold from Trader Joe's. "Eat fat to lose fat." Body goes into overdrive to get fruit and grains out of blood and into body fat. Blend butter and stevia into coffee (bulletproof coffee) and no hunger for 5 hours. Walking makes you hungry while butter and coconut oil makes you full of energy and forget food. Become a Keto burner instead of a CatHerding Carb burner.

Thanks for the advice. My current macro targets are 65/25/10 Fats/Protein/Carbs with a caloric intake of between 1950-2250 cals/day depending on activity level trying to maintain a minimum of 1000 cal per day deficit. Exercise just allows me to make the deficit easier and with my intensity it has a side benefit of endorphines. I'm diabetic so going back to the way I had been eating before "Atkins" is not an option.
