Despite my late dinner (with more carbs than I would like) the scale was kind to me this morning. I do realize that it may not look the same tomorrow and may show a bit of an increase, and I am okay with that. TOM is around the corner and that could come into play, as well. However, I will stay the course. I feel so much better and that is the real end game here. DH took a 'selfie' of us last night and I looked at the picture and was like "I look skinny". I mean I was not even trying to look skinny...you know how you try to get your head in just the right angle, LOL. So it was a great feeling.
96.8 kg Lost so far: 15.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
