Gave birth on the 2/6/22. 6kg above my pre pregnancy weight. Exclusively breastfeeding. Wanting to build up core strength.
59.5 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
