For the flower lovers like me! By the end of the week, these hydrangeas will likely be rather scorched and burned. I am enjoying them this morning! You could not believe the magnitude of that bouquet! I am using my largest vase, and the flowers are totally packed in! It is so nice to have on my table, but it photographs better outside on my step. I wish a picture could magically show every side!

I have five hydrangea bushes...all slightly different colors and one with a more ruffled look. The largest is about ten ft wide and a solid 8 tall. the others are still not so big but on their way. The daisies are some super tall variaty that were at the house when we bought it. I have one big clump and have managed to spread some to another location. They are super tall... some of them must be 5 ft. I am enjoying them while they last! The whole side of my house will be barren and uninteresting in a few weeks. Thankfully my roses give and give through early winter!

Stunning 🤩 Mellisa how do you avoid any bugs coming into the house from fresh cut flowers? That’s the problem I have

Very pretty. Wish the deer would find a weed to eat instead of the flowers in my yard.

Thank you ocean girl! We do get bugs in the house, but not so many. I'm from the country, so I'm not too alarmed with critters unless they are nasty and big spiders! 🥴 If they were an overwhelming amount I'd hate it, but in the city here, it just isn't the same.

Thank you, Imalittlefluffy! I love the daisies too, cupcake! It is hard to tell in a photo, but these are nearly shoulder high on me. They are so tall!! In comparison many of the hydrangea blooms are 10 and more inches across. Some are just extra big this year!

Me too, Tom! I think I like the rich, dark purple the best, but the mixture of colors what what I was hoping for when I planted them all. 😍 Navy, I totally get that! For a couple years I used a motion activated sprinkler to keep the deer out of one rose bed they were decimating. We were able to get a fence up Thad t aims their wandering a different direction and it isn't so bad now. They were never kee. On the hydrangeas of some other flowers, butone could eat 100 tender rose buds in a matter of minutes it seemed... It happened. 😭😭😭

You definitely have a green thumb and I wish I had your talent. The colors are gorgeous. My African daisies have already given in to the heat.

Love, love, love this! I have 2 finicky hydrangeas that produced one flower each this year 🙁 They bloom on old wood & between the Spring frost & nibbling deer it's a crap shoot. I've been thinking I should get a new one or two that bloom on new wood. Thanks for sharing yours 💚💙💜
