Slightly more high calorie day yesterday. Mostly I think the change is because of salt content and eating later. Today will be another big challenge. I have a big crowd of young humans descending to join the large gang already here. It is game night! All the high calorie stuff they will bring together will be sitting in my kitchen. I'm not going to indulge. I am not!
71.1 kg Lost so far: 15.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks, Bill! The partying is still going, but my teeth are brushed and I'm being strong! I did have a bit, NAVYWIFESKI... More than I needed but far less than I wanted! I'm not really involved beyond cooking, Tom, but it is fun to have happy people! I. Made natchos, but one lad brought a bunch of fruit to share. What a good guy! I did repeat that a few times, Diana!
