Slight drop in weight. I was expecting a larger drop but my body may be resisting at this point. I'm drinking plenty of water and limiting diet soda. I have started drinking coffee to allow me to intake fats in the form of coconut milk. I guess my body has its own schedule.

Going to try to make coconut fat bombs over the weekend. I hope they come out ok.
125.4 kg Lost so far: 19.2 kg.    Still to go: 34.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
