I am REALLY happy about my progress of losing weight. A change from one type of diet to other ( from following calorie cantrol diet onto low GI foods diet ) did make a big difference. 😊
97.4 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
