So chuffed with my weight loss this week. I've worked so hard and made some big yet sustainable changes to my food and calorie intake. Have upped my exercise as well and have really enjoyed get back into yoga too. Good start to my new target!
92.3 kg Lost so far: 21.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
