A few days of being careful with my eating has made a huge difference! I am feeling better.

I crunched my forearm between the steps of our very big and heavy ladder when it collapsed (slid together) as I was shortening it to put away. I am sure my offending limb isn’t badly injured but it is bruised and a little swollen on both sides. Gosh, it does hurt.

I took my daughter, her lad, and our 18 year old guests out to a friends’ to enjoy a new colt. It was fun to relax and enjoy a different world… the one I am far separated from right now. I am trying to post a picture, but it isn’t working. I think I will have to try using “dinner” to post from my phone! :)
71.1 kg Lost so far: 15.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
