My NSV is that we hosted a game night for some of our kids. It means there were 12 of us nibbling on mountains of good stuff. I stayed within my calorie budget! Youths brought cheesecake, banana bread, pop, all kinds of chips, cookies.... We supplied Costco pizza. Nearly weekly we have a party and I usually just gooble whatever. I feel so much better this morning having used self control last night.
