Hi everyone feeling a bit better foot ankle still hurts…. But much better will fight the urge to walk & move …. Two days of unhealthy eating… But today is another day 😊 want to thank everyone for their support & suggestion used an elaborate belt to improvise until can find an ankle brace xx❤️
