Feeling positive today resting I think depends on the heat …. Will see simple lunch today boiled meat & salad basic but keeps me going I lost a lot of muscle mass in the past due to ignorance so now am watching my protein clean eating as much as possible am in a good place because each & everyone of you picks me up when am down so thank you xx
