3lb put on from a weeks holiday I don’t think is too bad to say I ate what I wanted and did a walk a day. But not exercise classes or cardio like I do at home. Time to work that off this second week I have off work! I got this 💪🏼
82.6 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
