Well, here I go again. The weathers getting cooler and I have hopes of losing at least 10 - 15 lbs. by new years. That is my goal. Getting health under control will help. I have gained 5 lbs. since July 18, but I'm not going to beat myself up over it.
130.6 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 51.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Lost 50 two years ago gained back 35, now on my way again, too. I lost 25 of the 35 I gained, and my goal is like yours to be 15 lbs thinner before too long. Have truly changed my diet and am eating no carbs except fruit. Eating mostly vegetables and fruit with beef and fish. Lots of salad with shrimp or tuna mixed in. It's s challenge, but we can do it. :-)
