So I finally weighed myself and I’m up but am totally and utterly shocked that it’s not 5 times what it is. My diet hasn’t been unhealthy just uncontrolled and I genuinely thought I’d have put on way more. This tells 2 very key thing. Firstly that one single extended period of dietary change has given me new real “habits” that have stood me in good stead and secondly that these habits I chose to adopt work for me. So I just need to be more disciplined
