Up and down like a rollercoaster. Haven't really gotten back into the swing of things since moving, but the home gym is being setup and I should be back to it in a week I hope!
95.4 kg Lost so far: 58.8 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
